But one thing that I do when buying anything online is go over a checklist. My checklist contains several things that I will go through before purchasing the item.

Before I started purchasing my coconut oil form Amazon that is were I would go, the the local Asian shop. You can sometimes find it at 40-50% cheaper than you would in a health food store.

Another option to get an even better discount is to buy in bulk. This is a great option if you also have a few friends who are interested in buying coconut oil. How much discount you can get when buying in bulk will depend on how much you want, and who you get it from. I cannot give you the best places to buy in bulk as I have never purchased it in bulk myself, as I found because only I use it in my household one tub will last at least a couple of months.
