What this means is that the product is not to acidic or alkaline, but matches the pH balance of the targeted area, which is slightly acidic at around 4 to 6.5. The reason that the skin is slightly acidic is to protect itself from bacteria being absorbed, and getting damaged.

How To Use
There is no secret here, simply wet your face with lukewarm water, massage a generous amount of product between the palm of your hands then apply for 10-20 seconds over the facial area. Wash the product off then pat the face dry with a clean towel and bish bash bosh your all done.
