Best Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

When it comes to choosing the best moisturizer for acne prone skin there are many things that need to be taken into consideration. The reason for this is because every-ones skin works differently, and what works amazing for one person will not necessarily work for you, something I have experienced many times.

There are however a few things to look out for when looking for a good moisturizer for acne prone skin that will increase the chance of it working for you.

These include:
  • Is it non-comedogenic (wont clog pores)?
  • Is it oil free?
  • Does it contain ingredients that will aggravate acne?
  • Does it contain ingredients that will help acne?
  • What skin type is the moisturizer designed for?
  • Does it contain an SPF?
These are the 6 main things I always check for when looking to buy a moisturizer for acne. If the moisturizer ticks all of these boxes it's a green light and I will usually purchase it.

One more thing that is also extremely important for me is that it contains as much natural ingredients as possible. The reason for this is because natural ingredients are much less likely to aggravate acne than man made synthetic ingredients.

Top 5 Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

If you are struggling to get a moisturizer for acne that works you are not alone, it can take a lot of time before you find one that is compatible with your skin. However I can help a little by listing the ones that worked for me, just remember that it does not guarantee that they will work for you.

Best Moisturizer For Oily Acne Prone Skin

Avalon Organic Botanicals, Oil-Free Moisturizer, Rejuvenating, Vitamin C, 2 oz

Ratings: 4/5

This was one of the moisturizers I used very early on when my skin was really oily. The reason that I liked this one for my oily skin was because it contained natural and organic ingredients, something you all know is important to me, was oil-free, contained vitamin C which can help speed up the healing process of hyper-pigmentation marks and did not cause me to break out.

Best Moisturizer For Dry Acne Prone Skin

Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream, Fragrance Free - 16 oz

    Ratings: 5/5

This is the moisturizer I use when my skin becomes extremely dry. It helps to lock in moisture and does not make my skin look greasy like many moisturizers designed for dry skin can. However what I would say is that the cream is a little heavy, which doesn't have any negative effects on my skin but I know it does bother a lot of people.

Best SPF Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

Suntegrity Skincare - All Natural Moisturizing Face Protection SPF 30

    Ratings: 5/5

In the summer time I always make sure that I use a moisturizer that has a really high SPF to protect my skin from the sun, the problem was that finding one that didn't brake me out was proving difficult, that was until however I found Suntegrity moisturizer which has an SPF of 30, contained natural ingredients and did not cause me to break out. The only big downside about this product is it's a little pricey.

Best Natural Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

Kimberly Sayer of London Ultra Light Facial Moisturizer-SPF25

    Ratings: 5/5

This is the moisturizer that I currently use for my skin, and have been for the last 6 months. It is all natural and organic, helps heal pimples, feels light and has a decent lemon smelling fragrance. If you are like me and would rather use natural products then I can 100% recommend this product to you, and I can almost guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Best Oil Free Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

Alba Botanica Aloe & Green Tea Oil Free Moisturizer, Hawaiian, 3-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 2)

    Ratings: 4/5

Nearly all of the moisturisers for acne that I have used have been oil free, but this one is also natural, kind to my sensitive skin, doesn't break me out, easily absorbs into the skin and also helps to keep my skin looking healthy.

Best Tinted Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

CoverGirl Smoothers SPF 15 Tinted Moisturizer, Fair To Light 805, 1.35-Ounce

    Ratings: 3/5

I have not used many tinted moisturizers, in-fact this is the only one that I have used, and the reason for this is because I only apply a tinted moisturizer if my skin is looking really bad and I'm going to a party or some kind of formal event. So I cannot really give a real review on this, but what I can say is the few times I have used this it hasn't caused my skin any problems.

What is the best mineral makeup for acne prone skin?

When looking for mineral make up for acne prone skin there are a few key things that first need to be taken into consideration. These include:
    • Does the mineral makeup contain harsh ingredients that could aggravate acne.
    • Are there ingredients that could help acne.
    • Are there side effects associated with the mineral make up.
    • Check whether the mineral make-up is safe to use with your acne treatments.
    • Make sure to take into consideration what skin type you are. If you have dry skin look out for ones that contain moisturizing benefits.
Below is a list of  the best mineral makeup I have found for acne prone skin. The list was made by extensive research, reading reviews and asking the general public what worked best for them.

Best Mineral Powder For Acne Prone Skin
    gloMinerals gloPressed Base - Beige-Dark

    Ratings: 4/5

This is the best mineral powder makeup for acne prone skin I have found, and it is also very beneficial for anyone who suffers from hyperpigmentation marks (scar like marks left after acne has gone). It is a great mineral makeup for covering up blemishes and will not cause breakouts.

    Does Mineral Makeup Clog Pores?

No, from my experience mineral makeup will not clog pores. The reason for this is because the particles are to big to clog the pores, instead sitting on the surface of the skin, making it non-comedogenic (doesn't clog pores).

What Vitamins Are Good For Acne Prone Skin?

When it comes to the question "what vitamins are good for acne prone skin?" there are many which can be very beneficial, but I am a big believer in getting all your vitamins from fresh foods such as fruit, vegetables and greens etc. The reason for this is because taking a vitamin supplement can put all of the other vitamins and minerals out of balance, so unless 100% necessary I would advise against using a vitamins supplement(s) and get your vitamins from fresh foods instead.

Below is a list of which vitamins are good for acne, and what foods are the best source to get these vitamins from. Hope you find this helpful.

List Of Good Vitamins For Acne Prone Skin

    1. Vitamin A

    Vitmains - By SOCIALisBetter
Also known as beta-carotene or retinol. This vitamin helps to protect the skin from becoming dry and rough. One of the side effects of vitamin A is actually acne.

Foods that contain vitamin A include:
    • Liver
    • Peppers
    • Carrots
    • Papaya
    • Sweet Potatoes
    • Kale
    • Squash
    • Lettuce
    • Cream
    • Egg Yolk
    • Dried Apricots
    • Cantaloupe
    2. B Vitamins

The B vitamins are a little more complex than the others as there are many different ones. But one that is very popular for treating acne is vitamin B 5, also known as pantothenic acid. There are mixed results on the effects of this vitamin for acne with some claiming it worked wonders, while others said it turned there skin into a mess. However these individuals all used supplements with  high doses of vitamin B5, by consuming foods that contain the vitamin instead you should not see massive changes in your acne, good or bad.

The vitamin helps by supporting the bodies ability to respond to stress by supporting the adrenal glands, and stress is a big contributor to acne breakouts.

Foods that contain vitamin B 5 include:
    • Mushrooms
    • Cauliflower
    • Broccoli
    • Sunflower Seeds
    • Yogurt
    • Squash
    • Corn
    3. Vitamin C

Used by the body to create collagen, a protein in the body that creates connective tissue, including the skin. Other benefits of vitamin C include protects against sun damage, inflammation and premature skin aging. The body cannot produce it's own vitamin C so it;s essential that you consume plenty of food that contain this vitamin in abundance.

Foods that contain vitamin C include:
    • Oranges
    • Peppers
    • All Berries
    • Papayas
    • Kiwi Fruits
    • Leafy Greens
    • Fresh Herbs
    • Guavas
    • Garlic
    • Parsley
    • Turnips
    • Broccoli
    4. Vitamin D

There are many people who regularly ask is vitamin D good for acne? And I would have to say the answer is yes. The reason for this is because vitamin D helps reduce stress and tension, helps fight depression and helps improve over-all skin health. One way to get vitamin D is regular exposure to the sun, but it's extremely important to limit the amount of time spent in direct sunlight and make sure you are always protected.

Foods that contain vitamin D include:
    • Fish
    • Milk
    • Eggs
    5. Vitamin E

If you are looking for what vitamins are good for acne scars then vitamin E is one of the best. You can apply vitamin E topically onto acne scars which will help to speed up the healing process. Taking vitamin E internally is also very beneficial if you suffer from acne prone skin.

Foods that contain vitamin E include:
    • Sunflower Seeds
    • Almonds
    • Pine Nuts
    • Green Olives
    • Dried Apricots
    • Dried Herbs
    • Papaya
    • Blueberries
    • Collard Greens
    • Mustard Greens
    • Spinach
    • Olive Oil
    • Red Bell Peppers
    6. Zinc

Although zinc is actually a mineral I have decided to add it to the list as it is highly regarded as being very effective in the treatment of acne, making this a vitamins and minerals for acne list. One of the main reasons that zinc is beneficial for acne is because it has an influence on hormones, which we all know are one of the main reasons for acne breakouts. There are also studies to suggest that zinc has anti-inflammatory effects.

    Foods that contain zinc include:
    • Wheat Germ
    • Peanuts
    • Dried Watermelon Seeds
    • Pumpkin Seeds
    • Squash Seeds
    • Yogurt
    • Green Peas
    • Shrimp
How To Know If I Am Deficient In Any Of the Above Vitamins?

To find out this you will need to book an appointment with your doctor, who will most likely refer you to a specialist to get tests done.

Holistic Acne Cures And Treatments - Get Rid Of Acne Forever!

There are many turning to holistic acne cures and treatments these days, and the reason for this is because over the counter acne treatments just do not work long term. If you have had the same experience as me you have tried many over the counter acne products, seen good results for the first 6 months only for it then to become ineffective, even making the skin worse on some occasions.

If you want a long term solution to getting rid of acne then going down the natural holistic route is the best option. But before you do decide to take this route it is very important to note that it will not be easy, in-fact it is extremely difficult, but the end results if you push through can be amazing.

Once you have decided and committed to taking the holistic acne cure approach there are many things you will need to consider, with many of that included for your below...

    Ignoring The Problem

People do not get acne because of external factors. External factors contribute to acne but they do not cause it. What actually causes acne is something internally wrong within the body, and acne is a symptom that something internal needs addressing.

    There are two options:
    1. Ignore the problem until it hopefully goes away, or the most likely thing to happen is acne will become worse, or other more serious conditions will arise.
    2.  Listen  to what your body is trying to tell you and look at how you can correct the underlying problems.
What Is The Holistic Approach to Acne?

The holistic approach to acne is to look at curing acne by confronting all the elements. These include:
    • Lifestyle Choices
    • External Factors
    • Environmental Issues
    • Emotional State
    • Nutrition and Diet
All of these contribute to acne in one way or another, and by confronting each one of them every angle is being covered, which is very important when suffering from acne as there could be several underlying issues why you are breaking out. And this is exactly what I am going to be covering in more detail in this post, starting with...

    Lifestyle Choices And Acne

There are several key lifestyle choices that can massively impact on your health and well-being. With the 2 main ones being smoking and diet. In the United States smoking is the leading cause of preventable deaths, followed closely by obesity. We all know the major disease these two can cause, but they are also a big factor in acne also. Some of the reason for this is because:
    • They effect the hormones
    • Toxins are stored in body fat
    • Smoking ages the skin
    • Massive burden put on the vital organs
There are also many other reasons why lifestyle choices are extremely important not just for acne but in the future of your over-all health.

    External Factors And Acne

Making sure that the skin is kept clean, hydrated and looked after correctly is still an important part in clearing acne and maintaining healthy skin even when using holistic acne solutions. Just because what you put on your skin will not cure acne, it still plays an over-all important role in preventing and keeping acne at bay long term. The most important external factors are:
    • Cleansing the skin twice daily to keep the pores clean, remove excess oil, dirt and other impurities.
    • Avoid touching the affected ares with your hands unless necessary (a lot of dirt and bacteria gets on the hands). You also want to avoid squeezing pimples at all cost as this can spread bacteria, and in some cases cause permanent acne scarring.
    • Use a non comedogenic moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.
    Environmental Issues And Acne

If you live in a City it is guaranteed that the water is contaminated, the air is full of pollutants and several other environmental issues that can effect health, including acne. It can be very difficult to avoid environmental factors that could be contributing to your acne, unless you move to the countryside of course, but that would be a huge decision to make and totally unnecessary, especially since environmental factors play only a very small part, if any, in the cause of acne.

    Emotional State And Acne

What state you are in emotionally can play a role in acne. If you are in a negative emotional state this causes the body to become unbalanced, including the hormones, which everyone knows is a major reason we get acne. To help with your emotional state there are a few activities that can really help that include:
    • Yoga
    • Meditation
    • Light Exercise
By taking part in one or all of the above activities you will massively be helping your cause when it comes to getting clear skin, but not only that it will also help in many other aspects of your life even when acne is a long gone problem.

    Diet And Acne

There is an on-going debate on whether what we eat causes acne or not, but there is one thing that I am 100% certain about, there are specific foods that can trigger acne breakouts. It can be very difficult to find out what food(s) could be triggering acne breakouts, but one way is to do an elimination diet.

For more information on elimination diets click here.

Foods that a high majority of acne suffers have found trigger there acne include:
    • Milk
    • Garlic
    • Chili Peppers
    • Bread
    • Chocolate
    • Greasy foods

      Does Drinking Water Help Acne?

      Bottled Water For Acne?
Water is one of the essential elements of life, with others being food, air, a few other things and facebook! In-fact around 70%-80% of the human body is made up of water, hard to believe but it's true. With that in mind I am going to answer the question "Does drinking water help acne?"  Starting with...

      Is Water Good For Acne?

Is Tap Water Good For Acne?

Many say that tap water causes acne, but to claim that tap water alone causes acne is highly unlikely. However because most tap water contains chemicals such as chlorine, fluoride, pesticides and many more it is possible that it can contribute to the over-all condition of acne.

If you are worried that the tap water were you live is causing your acne to worsen using a water filter is the perfect solution. You can buy water filters for $20 that do a job, but if you are really worried about the chemicals in your drinking water and what effects they might have on your health purchasing a more expensive water filter system is best. These can cost well-over $200, which is extremely expensive for the average person, but think of it as an investment in your health, not just an expensive purchase.

Is Bottled Water Good For Acne?

If you drink a lot of bottled water that's great, but there are a few things you want to minimize or avoid when it comes to drinking bottled water. If you are drinking water packaged in plastic bottles the plastic can leach chemicals into the water. To minimize the risk of the chemicals causing any problems never re-use plastic bottles, do not leave plastic bottles in high temperatures, such as in the car were it can get very hot in the summer, or alternatively just avoid plastic bottles completely and purchase water packaged in glass bottles instead.

Is Salt Water Good For Acne?

As far as drinking salt water for acne goes drinking a small amount every few days can help to flush out the system, but if you are thinking of using it as an acne treatment I would avoid unless you have done extensive research and know exactly what is requited and the potential risks etc, however if you want a really good exfoliating cleanser that is anti-bacterial and anti-microbial then salt water is very effective.

Is Lemon Water Good For Acne?

Adding in the juice of a lemon into warm drinking water can help take it to another level. This is what I am currently doing every morning and have been for over a year now, and I can tell you that it helps massively to keep my complexion looking fresh and clear. The reason that lemon water can help with acne is because it helps to flush the system of toxins and debris. To make the perfect lemon water cut 1 lemon in half, squeezing the juice into a glass, how much is not important, then add lukewarm water into the glass and drink.

Is Coconut Water Good For Acne?

For me coconut water is a great gift from nature, especially if you live in the tropics. It contains a high amount of vitamins and minerals, can help many aliments including acne, it's also an electrolyte which is why many sports stars drink coconut water. If you are not fortunate enough to live in the tropics you can buy coconut water online, with the best by far in my opinion and the one I drink Vita Coco.

Should I Be Drinking 6-8 Glasses Of Water Per Day For Clear Skin?

Drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day will definitely help your skin and acne clear, but aiming for that exact amount everyday is not going to benefit you. The reason for this is because on hot days you may easily drink twice that amount, were-as on more cold days or when you are just starting to consume more water that amount may be difficult. The most important thing is to just drink at least a decent amount of water per day, if you drink 3 cups one day and then 9 the next that is perfectly fine and will help keep your skin clear.

Also mixing it up a bit and adding lemon in the morning and drinking a few cups of coconut water to, as mentioned above will make it even more effective and I can almost guarantee after a few months of consuming all them three you will see great improvements and also feel much healthier and happier.

How Long Does Water Take To Help Clear Acne?

It is impossible to say how long it will take for water to help clear acne, but from my personal experience it usually takes my skin around 2 weeks to show visible improvements when I consume high amounts of water. But it all depends on the person and how healthy or unhealthy they are, obviously a healthier person is more likely to see results much faster than someone who is not so healthy. The important thing is as with everything with acne is to stay consistent and the results will eventually come.

      Water Fasting For Acne?

I would advise if you are considering a water fast make sure you have a lot of understanding of the possible risk first, know exactly what danger signs to look out for, have a plan on how your going to break your fast *extremely important* and a doctor to monitor you.

If you are only planing on doing a water fast out of desperation to clear up acne , because you are much more likely to cause serious damage to your health rather than make it better, even risking long term damage or even death.

How To Get Rid Of Acne Without Products

No Acne Products Left - PinkMoose
I have had a few high maintenance partners in my time, but the most high maintenance of all by far has been acne. In the years I suffered with bad cystic acne the amount of money spent on over the counter  products must have hit well over the $1000 mark.  With that amount of money spent you would really be hoping  that your acne was gone, but as with most other people I still had acne, and not only that but it looked worse than ever.

It has now been a few years since I last had bad acne (I still get the odd breakouts) and looking back if I knew what I do now I could have saved a huge amount of money. But the good news is I can share what I know now with you, which is how to get rid of acne without products. That's right, you can clear your skin without using any acne products AT ALL, and I'm going to show you exactly how. But first...

Over The Counter Acne Products Could Be Making Your Acne Worse

Over the counter acne treatments might not only be hurting you money wise, but your skin also. If you take one of your OTC products and look at the ingredients list I bet at-least 80% or higher are ingredients you have never heard of, with weird chemically sounding names that just don't sound like things you would want to put on your skin, and the truth is if you did know what some of them were you wouldn't want to put them on your skin.

There is a great resource over at zerozits.com called Become An Acne Detective that I use to see if an ingredient in a product is safe to use on my skin or not. I would 100% recommend that you go and check it out as I'm sure you will find it very handy.

No Acne Products? No Acne Problem!

That's right, using no acne products could actually help get rid of acne. How? The reason being is we all rely heavily on products thinking that eventually they will clear our acne for good, but the truth is there is no product for acne in the world that can clear your pimples and keep it from returning, because the true cause of acne is not external like many will have you think, but internal.

      Internal Factors Include:
      • Hormonal Imbalances
      • Toxins
      • Sluggish Lymph Fluid
      • Candida
They are only a few internal factors that could be causing acne, and one internal factor that could be causing your friend to brake out will not necessarily be the same internal factor that is causing your skin problems.

5 Ways To Get Rid Of Acne Without Any Products

1.Home Remedies: Using home remedies is a very cheap way of clearing acne. Just using a few things everyone has in there cupboards could be used to replace your expensive acne routine. Here is what I use for my skin externally...

        • Cleanser: To cleanse my skin I use organic honey. To use simply take a generous amount, rub between the palms of hands, massage over the skin very lightly for 10-15 seconds, wash off with lukewarm water. Done.
        • Moisturizer: To moisturize my skin I mash up an avocado and apply over the skin as a mask, leaving on for 60 minutes before washing off.
        2.  Exercise: Everyone should be exercising, but if you have acne you should make it an absolute priority. Not only does exercise make you feel good, but it also strengthen your internal organs, helps release toxins and keeps the blood clean.

        3. Water: One thing that always helps keep my skin looking good is water. When I drink several cups of water everyday without fail, my skin looks bright and clear. If I get lazy on this my skin  starts to look tired and patchy.

        4. Yoga And Meditation: Practising yoga and meditation will not only be a fun new hobby to help take your mind of your acne, but will actually also help to clear your acne.

        5. Detox: Doing a detox every few months is massively important if you want to get rid of acne and keep it from returning. In-fact many people have cleared there acne by doing a regular detox. If you are considering a detox I would recommend consulting with your doctor first in-case there are any underlying issues that could make it dangerous.

The above 5 things are all ways on how you can clear your acne without products. If you make it your mission to incorporate all of them into your life I can say with great confidence you should see great improvements in your acne.

What Is The Best Way To Get Rid Of Acne Without Products?

The best way to clear acne without products is an holistic approach. As already stated many times in this  post the real cause of acne is internal, if you fix the internal problem you will have no more acne. Sounds simple but the problem is finding the internal problem, or problems in most cases can be difficult.

Why Proactiv Acne Solution Does Not Work Long Term

          Katy Perry Endorsing Proactiv
The proactiv brand is absolutely massive, mostly due to the huge amount of cash they spend on infomercials and celebrity endorsements. A few celebrities that do or have endorsed proactiv include Katie Perry, Justin Bieber, Avril Lavigne, Ashley Simpson to name only a few.

One of there most popular ranges is the proactiv solutions for acne, with other popular products including the proactive body wash, proactive refining mask and proactive blemish treatment. But this post is going to focus specifically on the proactiv solution range.

Since acne was something that I suffered with for a long time I spent a lot of time, like everyone else, looking for answers to questions, and one questions that was very commonly asked was does proactive really work?

This Was A Question I Could Answer

During the years I suffered with really bad acne it was me looking for the answers for questions that I had about treatments etc to cure myself of acne. But with questions on does proactiv solutions actually work I had the expertize to help answer this one, and the reason I had the expertize was not because I had researched the products, looked at what others had written about it, but because I had used the products, and there is nothing better than finding out if something works or not than actually using the product yourself.

Does Proactiv Acne Solution Work Short Term?
          Proactiv Solution Kit

Yes. If you are looking for something to help you manage and control your acne for a few months the proactive solution for acne will work very well for most people.

It worked for me for a good 6 months, which really got me excited because I thought I had finally found a treatment that worked, which for people who suffer from acne will know can be very difficult.

What Happened After The 6 Month Mark?

After the 6 month mark of using proactive acne solution my skin started to become very dry, big inflamed acne appeared all over my face, with the area around my jaw looking seriously bad. To combat this I started to drink 6-8 cups of water per day, moisturizing 3-4 times, but this made very little difference. My skin was still very dry, big cystic acne by now ruled my face and my confidence was smashed to pieces.

As much as I wanted to try and push through and carry on using proactive solutions treatment hoping somehow things would improve I knew deep down that this was now only going to make my acne worse. For that reason I contacted proactive solutions customer service and asked to cancel my auto shipment of the products.

Why Proactiv Solution For Acne Dried My Skin?
          Dry Skin - Katie Tegtmeyer

There could have been a few reasons why using proactiv solution products dried my skin, but the most obvious one was, and most likely the main reason was the main ingredient it uses called benzoyl peroxide.

Most people who suffer from acne will know all about benzoyl peroxide for acne, but for those that don't I will give a brief description on how it works.

First off there are many different strength of benzoyl peroxide, with most using a strenght of between 5%-10%, but there have been a few studies that show a higher strenght benzoyl peroxide is no more effective than lower straight bp. It works for acne by killing the p acne (acne bacteria), removing dead skin cells and drying up excess oil. When all these factors are in play you get a really effective acne fighting solution, which is definitely what benzoyl peroxide is, and I'm sure many will agree.

The problem is tho that most acne suffers prior to using benzoyl peroxide, or a treatment that uses bp as it's main ingredient, will have combination or oily skin. During the first few months while the benzoyl peroxide mops up excess oil, returning the skin back to normal acne usually becomes much better. Until one day you will look at your skin and it will look and feel dry, something most of us acne suffers are really not used to, or at least I was not.

It is at this point that you should stop using benzoyl peroxide or risk making your skin, as I did, much worse than it ever was before, because the look of dry, flaking skin mixed in with massive cystic acne is not a good look, especially when your clothes, bed and house gets covered in flaking skin.

How This turned Out To Be A Blessing In Disguise?

The reason that proactiv ruining my skin turned out to be a blessing in disguise was because it forced me to think hard at how I treated my acne in the future. I now knew that to clear my acne, and to keep it clear long term I would have to adapt a more holistic approach to acne.

This meant a healthier diet, regular exercise and other natural methods that would help at the root cause of acne, which include toxins and hormonal imbalances. I also started to move towards more natural external products, but still use products that are not all natural if they are effective without causing any unwanted side effects.

          Massive Action Reaps Massive Rewards

As much as I would like to say that making all these changes were easy, I cannot as I would be lying, in-fact I had little clue of were to even begin on this new holistic acne approach.

It was not until I purchased acne no more, a clinically proven holistic step by step system created by Mike Walden that things started to look up.

Making the purchase of $39.97 was very easy for me, as I had already spent $1000s on other products that did not work, so I really had nothing to lose money wise, and since my skin was destroyed after using proactive solution products I really had nothing at all to lose.

After going through the whole program, then re-going through the whole program again is the time that I realized for this to work I would have to take massive action, but knew that this would then hopefully give massive results.

And boy was I correct. It took a huge amount of time to adjust to all the lifestyle changes I had to make, a lot of dedication and hard work for it to work, but I know have clear skin. I still get the occasional few breakouts, but for someone who is still in there teens is not bad if you ask me.

Would I Recommend The Acne No More Holistic System To Everyone?

No! If you are not ready to make some drastic lifestyle changes, be 100% dedicated, and work extremely hard for massive results then this product is not for you. However if you are willing to do all of the above then yes, I would 100% recommend this product to you, and I'm 99% sure you will not be disappointed with both the product and the amazing results you are most likely to receive, as I have, and many others also.

The best thing of all is the results will last long term, not only for a few months like most over the counter acne products, which is great because this was the whole reason why I started looking for a new approach to dealing with my acne, as mentioned earlier in the post.
